Job Description

Introduction

The Talent Care Advisor is accountable for creating job postings and prescreening application questions

Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Provide Introduction Call for New Applicants
  • Remind candidates to complete profile information and pending assessments
  • Contact applicants and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Confirm attendance for HM Interviews
  • Generate and send offer letters/packages (internal only)
  • Final Offer Calls for Hired candidates
  • Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) always updated
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management
  • Monitor background vendor activity and work in tandem with our vendors to complete applicant background/drug processing
  • Kick-off onboarding activities
  • Communicate the decision of the applicant to all recruitment support groups by updating the applicant management database and sending out status notification
  • Send and/or draft offer letters

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • At least 2 to 4 years experience in an office environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instrument to perform job duties and/or dealing with customers in a high demanding customer service environment
  • At least 1 years experience in Human Resources and/or Staffing
  • Ability to balance high volume workload with 100% accuracy
  • Proven solid attendance record with all past employment
  • Technically savvy, strong aptitude to learning technology and using internet-based systems
  • Moderate level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience working with a team
  • Excellent grammar and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English
