Talent Assessment and Quality Officer (Mid Shift)

Location: Clark, Pampanga

Shift: Mon-Fri, 11AM-8PM PH Time

Arrangement: Hybrid, Full Time

Primary Objective

The Talent Assessment & Quality Officer is responsible for managing the talent assessment processes for accounting, and specialized one-off roles. This position plays a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, well-matched candidates through rigorous evaluation, structured screening, and consistent alignment with organizational standards. The role involves close collaboration with candidates, the Role Suitability Group, and the Talent Engagement & Client Delivery Team to maintain efficient, accurate, and positive assessment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Quality: Ensure that candidate assessments and submissions meet TOA verification standards through accurate screening and evaluation.

+ Volume & Validity: Deliver a consistent number of qualified, verified candidates to maintain a strong and valid talent pipeline across assigned roles.

+ Drop-Off: Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the assessment process to reduce attrition and ensure a positive candidate experience.

+ Efficiency: Manage the talent assessment process in a timely manner, ensuring that SLAs are consistently met.

Qualifications / Skills:

+ 3+ Years Experience: Proven expertise in talent assessment, recruitment, and selection, particularly in accounting and specialized one-off roles.

+ Accounting & Specialized Recruitment: Skilled in hiring financial, accounting, and niche roles across all levels, with strong candidate evaluation and assessment capabilities.

+ Effective Communication: Strong ability to clearly convey messages to candidates and internal teams, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle.

+ Tech & ATS Proficiency: Experienced with Mercury, ATS systems, HR databases, and communication tools to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.

+ Recruitment Knowledge & Compliance: Well-versed in recruitment best practices, labor laws, and organizational processes, ensuring compliance and quality delivery.

+ Time & Process Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, adhere to SLAs, and meet deadlines.

+ Adaptability & Resilience: Thrives in dynamic and fast-paced environments, managing standard and one-off roles with flexibility and composure.

+ Data-Driven Decision Making: Capable of analyzing recruitment metrics, interview feedback, and candidate data to optimize talent acquisition processes.

+ Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field, with continuous learning in talent assessment best practices.

+ Communication: Articulate and persuasive in conveying ideas, able to adapt messages to diverse audiences including candidates and internal teams.

+ Presentation: Confident engaging when conducting interviews, or candidate orientations; able to influence and guide discussions effectively.

+ Intelligence: Sharp problem-solving skills with the ability to assess candidates critically, interpret feedback, and make data-driven decisions.

+ Motivation:Self-driven and proactive, consistently meeting SLAs, managing multiple roles, and taking ownership of end-to-end assessment processes.

+ Ambition: Passionate about delivering high-quality talent solutions and driving client success by supporting candidates career growth with meaningful impact.

+ Leadership: Inclusive and decisive, capable of guiding candidates and collaborating with the Role Suitability and Screening and Talent Engagement & Client Delivery Teams to drive successful outcomes.
