Job Summary:
Influencer & Celebrity Management professional experience in recruiting, screening, and managing influencers across social media platforms while ensuring brand alignment, performance quality, and compliance. Influencer branding, market research, performance evaluation, and cross-functional coordination with marketing, content, and production teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
In performance of the above responsibilities, the following shall be the Key Processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support in the recruitment and selection process for influencers, and celebrities, conducting auditions or interviews to identify suitable candidates who align with the required image and events.
Support the team in identifying potential influencers by providing feedback's from the Influencers daily performance and behavior.
Contribute to monitor and evaluate the remote influencers performance and coordination ensuring smooth execution of their roles and responsibilities.
Maintain the relationships with influencers, talent agencies and industry partners to facilitate talent acquisition and collaboration.
Assess the aesthetic presentation of influencers and provide guidance on styling and appearance to ensure they present themselves in a visually appealing and engaging manner.
Coordinate the progress of influencers hosting, collaborating with relevant departments for technical aspects and compliance to ensure legal and ethical compliance in influencer partnerships.
Support in market research to stay updated on the latest trending influencers and market price.
Be responsible of the on-time payment for the influencers partner link commissions and remote influencers by providing evidence of the quality deliverable outcome.
Adhoc Task
Performs tasks as assigned to support the department.
QUALIFICATION GUIDES
Education
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Film and Mediaor related field.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and professionalism.
Requirements:
Proven experience in influencer and/or celebrity management, including recruitment, screening, and onboarding across social media platforms.
Hands-on experience monitoring influencer performance, engagement metrics, and behavioral compliance.
Strong understanding of influencer branding, aesthetics, styling, and content presentation aligned with brand guidelines.
Knowledge of market trends, influencer pricing, and competitor benchmarking.
Experience maintaining relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and industry partners
Location: Uptown, BGC Taguig
