Role Summary
We are hiring a Talent & Incubator Director to build, manage, and develop a pipeline of livestream talent. This role focuses on talent acquisition, performance management, and team stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead talent sourcing and recruitment strategy
- Manage and develop livestream talents and trainees
- Oversee daily operations and performance of talent teams
- Ensure retention, attendance, and team stability
- Design training and development programs
- Handle contracts, incentives, and talent engagement
- Support cross-team communication and project execution
Requirements
- 10+ years in talent management, influencer marketing, or entertainment
- Experience managing large talent pools or creative teams
- Strong network in influencers, models, or entertainment industry
- High emotional intelligence and people management skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Experience or know how to handle P&L is preferred
- Willing to work within 6-working days, Monday to Saturday 9AM to 6PM
