Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
What you'll do:
The core of our service is to find the top 1% of employees and you'll play a key role in the recruitment process, for and with our clients. Your mission can be described through the following pillars:
Sourcing:
- You'll source the best talent available in the Philippines for each opening based on the hiring needs, role specifications, and search requirements provided by our clients.
- You'll use creative strategies to find and connect with candidates, increase the response rate, and generate interest in our openings.
Interviewing:
- You'll act as a great advocate for the career opportunities offered by Staffviser and its clients to create excitement and motivation from candidates.
- You'll excel at assessing the potential of each candidate using various interview techniques such as behavioral questions and job simulations.
- You'll develop a high level of expertise and curiosity in the candidates field of work, leading to better assessment, interaction, and engagement.
Candidate experience:
- You'll enhance the candidate experience with an easy and smooth recruitment process and ensure all candidates are constantly updated throughout the recruitment process.
- You'll build genuine relationships with candidates by being professional, proactive, and friendly.
Collaboration with internal teams & clients:
- You'll work closely with our talent team, CEO and clients to ensure clear communications among both internal and external stakeholders.
Innovation and tech:
- You'll stay current on the latest hiring techniques and proactively seek new and innovative strategies to contact, generate interest, and interview the best candidates.
What you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, with strong experience in strategic sourcing and headhunting.
- Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruiter Lite and/or Sales Navigator preferred.
- Ability to sell career opportunities to candidates and to provide exceptional candidate experiences.
- Ability to engage in active listening, customizing interviews to each candidate.
- Demonstrated work professionalism and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-directed, highly motivated to work with a sense of urgency and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
