Innodata Knowledge Services, Inc., a data-engineering company delivering AI solutions to global clients, is currently hiring full-time Talent Acquisition Associate to join our dynamic Human Resources team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for all new hires by expertly managing all documentation and pre-employment requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding pre-employment requirements, providing clear instructions and timely updates.
- Track the progress of pre-employment requirements and proactively follow up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to pre-employment documentation and processes.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of talent acquisition and onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Assist with other administrative tasks related to the talent acquisition function as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 1-2 years) in a talent acquisition or HR administrative role, with a strong focus on documentation and compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Willing to work ON-SITE
- Can start IMMEDIATELY
