Job Overview

Innodata Knowledge Services, Inc., a data-engineering company delivering AI solutions to global clients, is currently hiring full-time Talent Acquisition Associate to join our dynamic Human Resources team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for all new hires by expertly managing all documentation and pre-employment requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding pre-employment requirements, providing clear instructions and timely updates.
  • Track the progress of pre-employment requirements and proactively follow up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to pre-employment documentation and processes.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of talent acquisition and onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks related to the talent acquisition function as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 1-2 years) in a talent acquisition or HR administrative role, with a strong focus on documentation and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Willing to work ON-SITE
  • Can start IMMEDIATELY
