Talent Acquisition Team Lead

Role:

A Talent Acquisition Team Lead is responsible for guiding and coordinating a team of recruiters while remaining hands-on in the recruitment process. She oversees the team's daily operations, ensuring hiring goals are met in line with defined KPIs. Beyond leading, she actively manages end-to-end recruitment for support and operational roles, from job postings up to accepted offers.

• Coordinate/ lead the work of the recruiting team. Be responsible for professional and disciplinary management of recruiters
• Develop & Train team members
• Manage end to end recruitment for support and operational roles, from job posting to accepted offer
• Deliver hiring results aligned with defined KPIs (e.g. SLA Time to hire, time‑to‑fill) individually and as team effort
• Source, screen, and interview candidates while meeting volume and quality targets
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to drive hiring efficiency and meet demand forecasts

Requirements:

• Previous experience in coordinating multiple recruiting process and/or leading recruiting team
• With previous experience recruiting for USA and/or LATAM market, preferably hiring for IT roles
• End to end recruiting experience in a high volume or KPI driven environment
• Proven track record of supporting volume hiring in a fast-paced environment - Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions under time pressure
• Clear and professional communication skills (English C1)
• Amenable to work on a Night shift period to match US hours
• Amenable to work in the office - North Tower 1 Bldg. SM North EDSA
