Requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- 12 years of experience in a leadership or mentorship role within a recruitment team
- Previous experience working with a US based healthcare company
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in talent acquisition
