About the Role

As our TA Systems Expert, you will lead the end-to-end implementation and continuous evolution of our recruitment technology. This is a hybrid, on-site role based out of our Core Metro Office, designed for a professional who thrives on direct stakeholder engagement and has a proven track record of delivering large-scale HR technology implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Workday Recruiting (including discovery, design, configuration, and UAT).
  • Own Business Process (BP) design to ensure recruiting workflows are lean, automated, and candidate-friendly.
  • Configure complex features such as Workday Docs (BIRT) for offers, Evergreen Requisitions, and Candidate Self-Service portals.
  • Identify, integrate, and audit AI-driven talent tools to automate candidate screening, sourcing, and scheduling.
  • Act as the primary on-site technical consultant, translating recruiter needs into functional Workday logic.
  • Conduct on-site training workshops and create high-quality documentation to drive 100% system adoption.
  • Partner with TA leadership to track success metrics like Reduction in Time-to-Shortlist and Recruiter Capacity Increase.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
  • Experience completing at least two full-lifecycle implementations of the Workday Recruiting module.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing AI/ML tools within a recruitment workflow (e.g., chatbots, automated screening, or predictive analytics).
  • Advanced technical proficiency in Workday Calculated Fields, EIBs, Report Writer, and Security Groups.
  • Proven ability to lead projects on-site and manage stakeholders from C-suite to entry-level recruiters.
  • Deep understanding of how high-volume and executive recruiting system structures differ.
  • Ability to work 3-4x a week on-site in our Core Metro Office on a flexible day to mid shift schedule.
