Job Description

PC Express is seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to join our Recruitment team in San Juan City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in building and strengthening our organization through strategic talent acquisition and team leadership. As Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you will oversee the recruitment function, manage a team of recruitment professionals, and ensure we attract and retain top-tier talent aligned with our company values and business objectives. This role sits at the intersection of HR strategy and operational excellence, directly impacting our ability to scale and succeed.

Key responsibilities

  1. Lead, mentor and manage the recruitment team to ensure targets are met and team members develop professionally
  2. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including vacancy analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate selection
  3. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes that attract high-quality candidates
  4. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across the organization to understand talent requirements and expectations
  5. Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on recruitment pipeline, conversion rates and time-to-hire
  6. Manage job postings across multiple recruitment channels and platforms to maximize candidate reach
  7. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for various roles
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and organizational recruitment policies
  9. Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires
  10. Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes and team performance

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
  2. 5-8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or team leadership capacity
  3. Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various departments and seniority levels
  4. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing methods and recruitment technology
  5. Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  6. Demonstrated ability to manage and develop team members, with experience in coaching and performance management
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  8. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions
  9. Knowledgeable and has practical experience using an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software, and can identify opportunities to automate and improve recruitment processes
  10. Willing to work on-site in San Juan City from Monday to Saturday with compressed schedule
