The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring that the hiring pipeline meets the organization's needs. This role involves managing the full life cycle of recruitment, handling outsourcing recruitment, and supervising talent acquisition officers.
Job Responsibilities
Recruitment Management:
- Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with employment and data protection-related legal requirements.
- Meet hiring goals by filling vacancies with talented and qualified candidates.
- Oversee the full life cycle of the recruiting process: sourcing applicants, advertising and posting job vacancies through job portals, social media, job fairs, and other related events, interviewing, offering prospective candidates, requirements gathering, and onboarding.
- Handle outsourcing recruitment and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.
- Supervise and mentor recruitment officers, providing guidance and support.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders in outsourcing divisions to ensure alignment with recruitment goals.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on recruitment progress and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with outsourcing divisions to understand their specific recruitment needs and tailor strategies accordingly.
Employer Branding
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the organization's employer brand.
- Utilize social media, company website, and other platforms to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Participate injob fairs, seminars, and other events to increase brand visibility.
- Create engaging content that highlights the organization's culture, values, and benefits.
HR Support
- Support the development and implementation ofHR initiatives and systems.
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
- Conduct fair and impartial interviews to source suitable candidates.
- Ensure all records are diligently encoded in HRMS.
- Prepare reports and analyze data related to recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in other HR Functions (pay & benefits, employee relations, training & development, etc.).
- Understanding oflabor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, orother related courses.
- Open to hybrid work arrangements (WFH and onsite).
