This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on the WordPress Ecosystem. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment life cycle, developing and executing hiring strategies, building employer branding initiatives, conducting interviews, and sourcing top talent. The role involves collaborating with team members to refine talent acquisition processes and ensuring the company attracts and retains the best candidates.

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
• Strong skills in Interviewing and candidate assessment
• Experience in Hiring and talent acquisition processes
• Knowledge of Employer Branding techniques and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with the WordPress Ecosystem or tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
