The Talent Acquisition Specialist / Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities to support the organization's manpower requirements. This role ensures a seamless and engaging candidate and new-hire experience while maintaining alignment with The Aivee Group's culture, standards, and operational goals. The Talent Acquisition Officer collaborates with department heads to identify hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and facilitate a smooth transition of new hires into the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct proactive sourcing through online job portals, social media, referrals, and partnerships.
- Screen and evaluate resumes to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide timely feedback and ensure smooth communication throughout the selection process.
- Prepare job offers, contracts, and pre-employment requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding sessions, orientations, and initial training.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new hires, providing guidance and support during their integration period.
- Collaborate with other HR functions to complete onboarding documentation and system updates.
- Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Prepare regular reports on hiring status, sourcing effectiveness, and recruitment KPIs.
- Support HR-led initiatives to promote The Aivee Group as an employer of choice.
- Assist in career fairs, digital marketing efforts, and social media campaigns related to recruitment.
- Ensure all recruitment and onboarding practices comply with labor regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of applicants and new hires.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, legal regulations, and company policies.
- Performs other related tasks that can be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR functions, preferably in the service or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Demonstrated ability to manage onboarding and employee integration processes.
