What you will do
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is accountable for the delivery of qualified candidates to meet the staffing requirements of STC based on the recruitment plan. S/he will be responsible in generating, building and maintaining strong candidate pool for current and future talent requirements of STC.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Deliver qualified candidates according to the company's recruitment plan.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Handle high-volume recruitment while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Conduct interviews, candidate assessments, and recruitment documentation.
- Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in manufacturing recruitment and high-volume hiring is preferred.
- Certified Targeted Selection Interviewer (TSI) is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Willing to work on-site in Meycauayan, Bulacan.
