We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers. You will play a key role in attracting top talent, building candidate pipelines, and delivering a positive recruitment experience while helping the company meet its hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
- Monitor recruitment trends and recommend process improvements.
- Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or full-cycle hiring.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruitment platforms.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and candidate screening techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
