Objective:
To build, strengthen, and protect Green GSM's reputation as an employer of choice in the Philippines — positioning the company as a pioneer of sustainable, all-electric mobility. The Employer Branding Specialist drives awareness, engagement, and attraction of high-quality talent across all channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling employer value proposition (EVP) that supports the company's aggressive hiring and market-entry goals.
Responsibilities
1. Employer Branding Strategy & EVP
- Develop and execute the annual employer branding roadmap aligned with recruitment and business objectives.
- Define, articulate, and localize the company's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) for the Philippine market.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints (careers site, job posts, social media, events).
2. Content & Channel Management
- Plan, create, and publish engaging employer-branding content: employee stories, culture features, behind-the-scenes, and mission-driven pieces on sustainable mobility.
- Own and grow the company's presence on recruitment-relevant channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Kalibrr, JobStreet, and the careers page).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain visual and messaging alignment with the corporate brand.
3. Talent Attraction Campaigns
- Design and run targeted campaigns to attract priority talent segments (corporate/HO, commercial, operations, and driver-facing roles).
- Partner with recruiters to amplify high-priority and hard-to-fill requisitions.
- Manage employer presence at job fairs, campus events, and industry activations.
4. Measurement & Insights
- Track, analyze, and report on employer-branding metrics (reach, engagement, applications generated, source quality, cost-per-hire impact).
- Benchmark against competitors and market trends to refine strategy.
- Manage the employer-branding budget and vendor/agency relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, social media, communications, or a related field.
- Strong content creation skills — copywriting, storytelling, and basic visual/video content coordination.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and recruitment channels relevant to the Philippine market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Data-literate: comfortable measuring campaign performance and translating insights into action.
- A creative, self-driven mindset with strong project-management and stakeholder-coordination skills.
- Interest in or passion for sustainability, EV, and mobility is a strong advantage.
