Endorses Over The Phone Initial Interview (OTPII) passers to Over The Phone Final Interview (OTPFI) for specific accounts/sites
SMS Appointment Reminders on all scheduled apps from call-outs
Attracts applicants and harvests Leads from different souring channels by sharing advertisements on social media (i.e. Facebook ads of FB groups/communities) and by placing job advertisements and updates job postings on job portals
Performs call-outs to complete the screening activities for prospective employees, verifies information and initial interviews if necessary
Evaluates and responds to applicants inquiries and concerns properly and accurately (i.e. billing, finances, products etc.)
Exerts all efforts and possibilities to provide solutions and services the internal and external clients expect and require
Coordinates with superiors and colleagues regarding daily group activities (both routine and non-routine) for proper endorsement and completion of tasks
Prepares and sends End Of Day call-out report for consolidation
Must have:
At least 18 years old and above
With or without TA - Sourcing background
Above-average communication skills in written and oral English and Filipino
computer proficiency (MS Office particularly Excel and Word, Internet)
high level of confidentiality
knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
