The Opportunity at a GlanceJoin a growing offshoring and recruitment business supporting Australian companies in building high-performing global teams. This is a delivery-focused Talent Acquisition role, where you will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and headhunting through to offer and handover. Your primary focus will be supporting roles within a key healthcare client, with flexibility to assist across other client accounts as capacity allows. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure fast, high-quality hiring outcomes.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple roles and clients
- Proactively source candidates through:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Job boards
- Direct headhunting approaches
- Build and execute strategic sourcing plans beyond standard job postings
- Screen and assess candidates through:
- CV reviews
- Phone screens and interviews
- Structured scorecards
- Coordinate and manage interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the process
- Support hiring managers and clients with feedback, alignment, and decision-making
- Drive offers to closure, including negotiation and candidate management
- Conduct structured handovers to the admin team for onboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (Recruiterflow)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for recurring roles
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
What We're Looking For - You're the Perfect Fit if You:(Non-negotiable requirements)
- Are based in the Philippines
- Have 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Have strong experience in:
- Active sourcing and headhunting (not just job board recruiting)
- Managing multiple roles across different industries
- Have experience supporting Australian or international clients
- Have strong communication skills and can confidently manage:
- Candidates
- Hiring managers
- Clients
- Are highly organized and can manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Take ownership and are delivery-focused (closing roles, not just sourcing candidates)
- Are proactive and able to work independently without constant supervision
What Sets You Apart - You'll Shine Even Brighter With:
- Experience in offshoring, outsourcing, or staffing companies
- Familiarity with Recruiterflow or similar ATS platforms
- Experience in technical or healthcare recruitment
- Exposure to high-volume or fast-paced hiring environments
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, pipeline management, and hiring timelines
Work Schedule & Employment Terms
- Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
- Remote work setup
- Open to PH-based applicants only
