About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will report to the TA Leader and manage full-cycle recruiting for positions ranging from individual contributor to professional levels. You will build talent pipelines, collaborate with hiring managers, and drive the hiring and onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high-volume portfolio of individual contributor to professional-level positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake calls, determine sourcing strategies, and define role requirements.
  • Source and screen candidates using behavioral-based interviews to assess technical fit and alignment with company culture.
  • Oversee interview scheduling, gather candidate feedback, extend offers, handle salary negotiations, and facilitate onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate candidate documentation, update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and ensure proper search closeouts including background processing.
  • Build robust talent pipelines for future hiring classes and leadership needs.
  • Collaborate with the broader TA and People Services teams on staffing plans and process improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Up to 2 - 4+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience (covering individual contributor to professional-level roles).
  • Demonstrated experience using global and regional job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Jobstreet, or Naukri.
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel (including pivot tables).
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week and maintain regular, predictable attendance.

Good-to-Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience with global recruitment across the US, Philippines, and India.
  • Direct experience in healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
  • Prior experience working with consultant agencies/firms.
