Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare interview materials and assist in interview logistics
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases
- Post job openings on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, company career page)
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and job advertisements
Employer Branding Support
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Engage with candidates on social media and professional platforms
Reporting & Administration
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline)
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Collaboration
- Work with HR and hiring managers to understand team needs and assist with onboarding or reference checks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of recruitment or HR operations experience preferably in a tech/fintech or BPO environment
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken); Filipino/Tagalog is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ATS/HRIS tools
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-time-zone setting
