Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist – SAP Hiring

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Location: Bangalore / Pune

Work Mode: Work from Office (5 days a week)

Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in hiring SAP professionals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and expertise in sourcing niche SAP talent across multiple technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Hire for SAP (Mandatory), Salesforce roles.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and define hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, and social networking platforms.
• Conduct initial technical and behavioral screening to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with technical panels and business stakeholders.
• Negotiate compensation, notice periods, and joining timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on SAP hiring (Mandatory).
• Experience recruiting for Salesforce, Microsoft Technologies, and Data Analytics roles.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
• Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand technical job requirements and evaluate candidate profiles effectively.
• Confident, proactive, and capable of managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Ability to meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP ABAP, SAP Basis, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP CPI, and other SAP technologies.
• Experience working in IT services, consulting, or product-based organizations.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
