About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Quezon City, Philippines.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on recruitment experience within e-commerce, fulfillment, logistics, beauty, retail, or consumer-related businesses, with strong capabilities in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring both operational and corporate positions.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and build a strong talent pipeline to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, motivation, and cultural fit.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain an active talent pipeline for both urgent and recurring hiring needs.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage offer negotiation and follow up with candidates through the hiring process.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

  Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, interview-to-offer ratio, and offer acceptance rate.

  Build relationships with candidates and maintain a strong talent network.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.


• Experience recruiting for fulfillment, e-commerce, logistics, retail, beauty, FMCG, or consumer businesses is highly preferred.


• Strong sourcing and candidate-hunting skills.


• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook communities, and other recruitment channels.


• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Able to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.


• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.


• Target-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment KPIs.


• Good command of English.


• Familiarity with the Philippine talent market is a strong advantage.
