Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Type: Full Time

Function/Department: Human Resources – Talent Acquisition

Location: Cebu/ Manila, Philippines

Work Mode: Work from Office

Role Description: The Talent Acquisition professional is responsible to support the organization in recruiting top-tier talent in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner, while also championing diverse and inclusive hiring practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical positions, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
  • Take ownership of end to end recruitment delivery process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Track, measure and achieve defined metrics specific to TA
  • Identify improvements to processes for optimal service delivery.
  • Increase recruitment efficiency.
  • Meet SLAs as per TAT
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical positions, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
  • Engage in talent mapping and succession planning to address future staffing needs
  • Compliance to SLAs and meet quality targets
  • On time and accurate tracking and publishing of key HR metrics
  • Compile and analyze recruitment data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management
  • Experienced in managing clients, teams and hiring Vendors for bulk /mass hiring
  • Responsible for managing recruitment drives independently
  • Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to think innovatively for strategies to address open positions

Preferred Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree

Preferred Work Experience

  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top-tier talent.

  • Ability to strategize & demonstrate deep business insight that helps identify & develop strategic opportunities
  • Ability to align recruitment strategies with the organization's long-term goals.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage multiple tasks, candidates, and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Fostering partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Decision making and problem solving skills
  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
