Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment while supporting learning and development initiatives. The role focuses on sourcing, hiring, and onboarding talent, as well as identifying training needs and supporting HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting to onboarding and clearance processing
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for various roles
- Coordinate interviews and manage hiring timelines
- Conduct training needs analysis and support learning initiatives
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases
- Support HR administrative tasks and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure hiring requirements are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field (required)
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR support
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
