Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible in managing end-to-end recruitment activities to build a qualified talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. This role owns sourcing through offer execution while representing the company's values, hiring standards, and candidate experience.

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the healthcare industry, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Proactively source, identify, and attract highly skilled accounting professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure the highest caliber of accounting professionals are selected.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and initiate the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other relevant tools to maintain accurate and organized candidate records and hiring metrics.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment processes, optimize time-to-fill, and enhance candidate experience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence to drive informed recruitment decisions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the talent acquisition team, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Provide daily and weekly recruitment summaries to hiring managers.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of the company's reputation as an employer of choice within the accounting sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, candidates, and external partners, fostering a positive and collaborative recruitment environment.
Required Qualifications
- End-to-end recruitment ownership from sourcing to offer closure.
- Experience supporting HR operations including I-9s, background checks, offer letters, and HRIS onboarding.
- Demonstrates strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
- Uses ATS and recruitment tools effectively to manage candidate pipelines.
- Applies strong organizational skills and attention to detail in recruitment documentation.
- Works effectively in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
- Shows flexibility to support recruiting events, job fairs, and networking activities.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and people skills.
- Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English, to effectively communicate with candidates, peers, and leadership.
