Job Description


ArcelorMittal Global Business Technologies (AMGBT) is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong end-to-end recruitment expertise and hands-on sourcing experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting top talent for technical and business roles while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer rollout and onboarding.
  • Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements, define hiring strategies, and provide market insights.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical fit, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and critical skill requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and drive timely hiring decisions.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS data, and provide regular hiring reports and dashboards.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and support employee referral programs where applicable.

Qualifications & Experience.

  • 8-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on technical recruitment.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, X-Ray search, referrals, and other talent channels.
  • Strong understanding of technology skill sets.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and managing multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.
