Must-Haves
Your role:
- Experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and APAC job boards
- Ability to independently source, screen, and manage candidates through the recruiting lifecycle
- Strong candidate assessment and screening capability
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with senior leaders
- Highly organized, proactive, coachable, and able to work independently
- Strong coordination and operational ownership
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Greenhouse and/or GoodTime
- Experience recruiting within digital media, advertising, marketing, or agency environments
- Familiarity with SG and/or APAC hiring markets
- Experience supporting regional recruitment programs
