Position Overview
We are looking for a fast-paced, results-driven Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our high-volume recruitment pipelines, ensuring a steady stream of qualified candidates for our urgent and large-scale hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation: Source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates for high-volume roles using job boards, social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Screening & Qualification: Conduct initial screening to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and cultural fit against high-volume hiring metrics.
- Data Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate records and pipeline data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand weekly/monthly hiring targets and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the first point of contact for candidates, providing a professional, engaging, and positive experience from the start.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of dedicated sourcing experience specifically within a volume hiring environment (e.g., BPO, retail, hospitality, mass tech recruitment, or staffing agencies).
- Sourcing Toolkit: Proven experience utilizing job boards (LinkedIn, JobStreet, etc.) and Boolean search strings to find talent.
- Speed & Accuracy: Ability to multi-task and meet strict daily/weekly submission targets without sacrificing candidate quality.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and standard office software (Google Workspace / MS Office).
