The Specialist - Talent Sourcing responsibility is to prescreen candidates (virtually/ onsite) and to help out during events dependent on allocated sourcing channels. The position schedule shall initially be five (5) days a week, Monday to Friday.

Job Requirements & Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting & Sourcing Support: Assist the talent acquisition team with screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and coordinating interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person).
- ATS & Reporting: Create and manage job postings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate regular recruitment status reports.
- Onboarding Coordination: Manage candidate background checks through third-party screening vendors, monitor onboarding progress, update key stakeholders, and schedule new employee orientation sessions.
- Events & Outreach: Help plan and execute recruitment events, including college job fairs and career caravans.
- Administrative Operations: Provide overall administrative support to the recruitment team to ensure smooth candidate operations.
- Workplace & Schedule Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility with work schedules, overtime, local travel, and potential task reassignment based on operational needs and supervisor direction.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (equivalent practical work experience will also be considered).
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, and candidate coordination.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Location & Onsite Work: Must be willing and able to work onsite in both Cavite and Ortigas, depending on operational requirements.
- Mobility & Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed to represent the company at career fairs, job caravans, and off-site hiring events.
