Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate profiling.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system (ATS).
  • Support recruitment campaigns and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
