Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate profiling.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing strategies.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system (ATS).
Support recruitment campaigns and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
