Job Summary
Responsible for supporting end-to-end sourcing activities with a strong focus on vendor management and partnership coordination. Identifies, engages, and pipelines candidates across various channels while working closely with external recruitment vendors to meet hiring demands for operations, corporate, and specialized roles. Monitors vendor performance, ensures SLA compliance, and maintains data accuracy across tracking systems while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and pipeline candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and vendor channels
- Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and ensure alignment with hiring needs
- Track and monitor vendor performance, including submissions, turnaround time, and quality of hires
- Ensure vendors comply with agreed SLAs, processes, and recruitment standards
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies and priorities
- Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and ATS systems
- Generate and analyze sourcing and vendor performance reports
- Conduct initial candidate screening and endorsements as needed
- Support continuous improvement of sourcing strategies and vendor management processes
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing stage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 13 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or vendor management
- Experience working with recruitment agencies or third-party vendors is preferred
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms)
- Good data management and reporting skills (Excel or similar tools)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
