Your Role:
As a
Talent Sourcer, you will:
- Source candidates across specialized industries, including Data Center Operations, Telecom Infrastructure, Construction Management, Engineering, Manufacturing/Production, HR/Payroll, and Technical/Skilled Trades.
- Use Boolean search, market mapping, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified talent.
- Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates skills, certifications, and experience relevant to technical and operational roles.
- Conduct initial outreach through phone, email, SMS, and LinkedIn messaging, and perform preliminary screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Log all candidate interactions, activities, and updates within the ATS/CRM with 100% accuracy in real time to maintain workflow visibility.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for recurring, high-priority, and hard-to-fill roles.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate timely communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Track sourcing activities, provide daily and weekly recruitment updates, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the early stages of the hiring process.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- 0–1 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, customer service, sales, or administrative roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable working with recruitment platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and LinkedIn.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Candidates who come equipped with their own sourcing tools, Chrome extensions, databases, or proven methods for generating candidate pipelines without relying solely on employer-provided tools are highly preferred.
- Experience sourcing candidates for manufacturing, engineering, construction, telecommunications, data center, or other technical roles.
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar sourcing platforms, including Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- Strong research and market mapping skills.
