Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate in the Talent Acquisition team, you will manage full lifecycle recruiting and provide guidance to hiring managers and HR stakeholders. You will build and maintain talent pipelines, run consistent assessment processes, and help ensure data integrity in recruiting systems. You will deliver a strong candidate experience from first contact through offer.
Job responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including intake, sourcing strategy, assessment coordination, offer support, and closing activities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned to business needs, including proactive pipelining for future hiring demand
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment processes, controls, and applicable guidelines, including timelines and decision-making expectations
- Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to anticipate workforce needs and inform pipeline planning
- Source and build pipelines using multiple channels, including internal talent pools, referrals, direct sourcing, job boards, and events
- Screen candidates and coordinate structured interviews to support fair and consistent evaluation
- Present qualified candidate shortlists and gather feedback to refine sourcing and selection approaches
- Maintain a strong candidate experience through timely communication, clear next steps, and appropriate candidate dispositioning
- Support compensation expectation conversations with candidates and hiring managers, aligned to approved processes and ranges
- Promote fair and consistent hiring practices and support diverse candidate slates
- Maintain accurate documentation and data quality in the applicant tracking system, adhering to required controls and process standards
Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
- 10 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate and/or talent acquisition agency environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail
- Knowledge of recruiting compliance controls and applicable employment laws and regulations
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Strong project management skills, including planning, stakeholder management, and clear progress updates
- Ability to use recruiting data and metrics to generate insights and recommendations
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and related recruiting tools, with a focus on data accuracy and process discipline
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
- Experience using Oracle Recruiting Cloud and/or other talent acquisition platforms
- Experience planning or supporting recruitment events and networking initiatives
