Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards
  • Support employer branding initiatives (e.g., campus outreach, social media campaigns)
  • Help organize recruitment events and career fairs
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with MS Office
  • Passion for people and interest in recruitment or HR
