Job Description
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on hiring decisions.
- Utilise various sourcing channels to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Talent Acquisition Partner should have:
- Relevant experience in recruitment or Human Resources, particularly in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and candidate sourcing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- An analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
