  • Proactively identify and engage high-calibre passive talent, building and maintaining relevant candidate pipelines across multiple channels while representing our partners employer brands accurately and authentically.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through regular communication, comprehensive interview preparation, and timely, constructive, and sensitive feedback, while building relationships that extend beyond an individual hiring process.
  • Lead weekly delivery syncs, proactively identifying and escalating challenges while recommending solutions to mitigate risks and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Take ownership of your professional development and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen your skills and expertise.
  • Support the development of junior team members and peers through mentoring, onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing.
  • Continuously develop your domain expertise, deepen your understanding of market conditions, and stay informed of emerging trends and developments across relevant sectors.
  • Maintain accurate hiring data and produce meaningful reports that support effective partner communication and informed commercial decision-making.
  • Present, interpret, and validate hiring data and insights directly with partners.
  • Ensure full compliance with GDPR requirements throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct internal interviews and provide recommendations to continually improve Elements hiring processes and ways of working.
  • Contribute to additional projects and initiatives as required.
