About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to drive the operational success of our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll manage recruiting systems, optimize workflows, oversee recruitment programs, analyze hiring data, and partner with stakeholders to improve recruiting efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Manage Talent Acquisition operations projects, including process improvements, system implementations, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance recruitment workflows, SLAs, and standard operating procedures.
  • Serve as the system administrator for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
  • Support ATS configuration, system testing, upgrades, user access, and data integrity.
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve recruiter productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and generate reports on hiring metrics, pipeline health, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Analyze recruiting data and provide actionable insights to Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Support headcount planning and requisition management processes.
  • Develop training materials, job aids, and onboarding resources for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate recruiting-related programs, including employee referrals and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3–4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, Recruiting Operations, or Project Management.
  • Experience managing recruiting projects and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar platforms.

  • Experience with Tableau, Looker, or other business intelligence platforms
  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience supporting high-growth or post-merger organizations
