We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Onboarding Project to support the smooth and compliant onboarding of newly hired employees. The role is responsible for coordinating pre-employment requirements, monitoring onboarding timelines, ensuring policy compliance, and providing a positive onboarding experience for all new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate end-to-end pre-onboarding processes for new hires
- Monitor submission and completion of pre-employment requirements
- Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams regarding onboarding status and timelines
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of employee records and onboarding documents
- Track onboarding progress and maintain updated onboarding reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Address onboarding-related concerns and provide timely support to new employees
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and documents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in onboarding, recruitment, HR operations, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and compliance-driven environment
