Job Description
This role requires possible coordination with government offices, related departments such as
Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Legal, handling administrative tasks, and supporting
audit and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review the government numbers encoded in the HRIS system (Journeys) for all new hire
across all Alorica sites.
• Validate the proof or documentation of the government number uploaded in the HRIS
system (Journeys) for all new hire across all Alorica sites.
• Ensure that all new hires have active and correct government numbers (TIN, SSS,
PhilHealth, and HDMF).
• Manage TIN (Tax Identification Number) registration through online and manual
processing methods.
• Maintain the accuracy of the government numbers encoded in the HRIS system
(Journeys) and other relevant trackers from Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
• Regularly review all government numbers provided by Human Resources to ensure
correctness.
• Coordination with TA Onboarding team for concerns with new hires government
numbers.
• Report all possible issues to the relevant departments, such as Human Resources, Talent
Acquisition, and Legal
• Provide the team with updates as needed in response to changes issued by government
offices, as instructed by either the Human Resources or Legal team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Talent Acquisition and Human
Resources.
• Assist with preparations to ensure compliance with applicable government regulations
and company policies.
• Manage the uploading and pre-employment requirements in the HRIS system (Journeys)
for all new hires across all Alorica sites, as necessary.
• Conduct audits to ensure all pre-employment data has been collected and
background/drug tests are complete.
• Review uploaded pre-employment requirement files to verify document validity and
ensure compliance.
• Support data collection for client audits as needed.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in government registrations or onboarding is an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and liaise effectively with government agencies, as
needed.
• Proficient in using online portals and Microsoft Office application
