Talent Acquisition Officer

Due to continued growth of the business, we require an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer with a strong understanding of recruitment processes to join our Manila team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Full life cycle recruiting; Sourcing, Screening, Qualifying and Closing
• Successfully placing offshore resources with clients located in Australia
• Updating applicants as they go through the recruitment process
• Assisting with preparation of interview packs
• Administrative duties to assist HR and recruitment

Qualifications:

• 4 - 5yrs+ Experience in End-to-End Recruitment
• Recruitment within the Project/Program Management space will be highly regarded
• Experience with LinkedIn recruiter and recruitment platforms
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
• Organised and able to multi-task
• Positive can-do attitude
• Flexible and adaptable
• Team Player
• Self-motivated

The ability to demonstrate and manage competing recruitment priorities in a busy environment is essential to the role, you will need to be flexible and adaptable in your approach. A proactive attitude that enjoys working in a team environment will be highly regarded. Your ability to build the trust of internal stakeholders through high level of integrity in the recruitment process.
