Job Summary
The position is primarily responsible for the implementation of recruitment, selection, and placement program for Support and Affiliates.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Business Partnering
- Partners with HR Center of Experts to deliver high-quality, consumable HR services that will enable the attainment of strategic business goals and initiatives.
- Assists the client in determining and delivering effective HR services such as career management, organizational design, and employee engagement activities.
- Recommends and executes HR interventions that provides possible solution on retention, building morale and boost productivity.
- Offers coaching and consultation during monthly meeting with the client.
- Supports in the development of succession planning and drafting of standards.
- Identifies training needs and/or competency gap.
- Provides guidance on HR policies and processes.
- Recruitment and Selection
- Administers the recruitment, selection and placement process to ensure its effectiveness.
- Maintains the systems and procedure on recruitment, selection and placement to maximize efficiency.
- Consolidates and analyzes recruitment metrics / progress report.
- Initial Assessment
- Discusses recruitment related concerns with client. Recommends solutions in accordance to recruitment process.
- Validates job vacancy based on the current plantilla.
- Keeps the client informed on the status of the workforce request.
- Creates job ads and posts it through various platforms (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Internal posting).
- Manages received applications.
- Screens resume and endorses applicant for exam and interview.
- Prepares endorsement and recommendation of identified candidate for interview of Requestor.
- Develops and/or maintains pool of qualified candidates for future needs.
- Hiring
- Endorses candidates for thorough background investigation.
- Conducts job offer to final candidate and provides feedback to the requesting manager based on the result.
- Finalizes the deployment schedule of identified candidate with the requesting manager.
- Notifies the candidate of the starting date.
- Monitors completion of pre-employment requirements. Coordinates the documentation and deployment to processors.
- Others
- Provides coaching to new and junior members of the team.
- Reviews recruitment policies and manuals. Recommends revisions, as needed.
- Attends to recruitment related activities of industry partners (job fair, mock interview, career building seminar, etc.)
- Builds network through industry contract to find qualified candidates.
- Manages assigned special project.
- Participates actively during staff meetings, training programs, and other professional development work.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Graduate of B.S./A.B. Psychology, B.S. Human Resources Management/ Personnel Management or any Social Science courses
- At least two (2) years work-related experience
- Interviewing Skills, Knowledge and understanding of Labor Code
- Willing to work in Makati
