The Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Senior or Officer plans for and ensures the that the hiring
pipe is sufficient to organization needs.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements
- Responsible to meet hiring goals by filling the vacancies with talented and qualified
candidates.
- This is a generalist job that oversees the full life cycle of the recruiting process: sourcing
of applicants; advertising and posting of job vacancies through job portals, social media,
job affairs and other related events, interviewing, offering prospective candidates,
requirements gathering and onboarding.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
- Utilizes the most effective media channels such as social media, newspapers and
seminars to reach potential candidates.
- Conducts fair and impartial interviews to source suitable candidates.
- Ensures all records are diligently encoded in HRMS.
- Report preparation and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in other HR functions (pay & benefits, employee relations, training &
development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management and
other related courses
- Open to Hybrid work arrangements (WFH and Onsite)
