Job Description Details

The Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Senior or Officer plans for and ensures the that the hiring

pipe is sufficient to organization needs.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements
  • Responsible to meet hiring goals by filling the vacancies with talented and qualified

candidates.

  • This is a generalist job that oversees the full life cycle of the recruiting process: sourcing

of applicants; advertising and posting of job vacancies through job portals, social media,

job affairs and other related events, interviewing, offering prospective candidates,

requirements gathering and onboarding.

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
  • Utilizes the most effective media channels such as social media, newspapers and

seminars to reach potential candidates.

  • Conducts fair and impartial interviews to source suitable candidates.
  • Ensures all records are diligently encoded in HRMS.
  • Report preparation and data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable in other HR functions (pay & benefits, employee relations, training &

development etc.)

  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management and

other related courses

  • Open to Hybrid work arrangements (WFH and Onsite)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Has experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally.
  • Amenability to work a fast-paced environment.
