Job Responsibilities

  • Managing the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onto the onboarding process.
  • Anticipates the hiring needs of the organization in reference to the budgeted manpower headcount.
  • Ensures proper staff through headcount reconciliation.
  • Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process.
  • Use various sourcing channels and platforms to build candidate pipeline and own network.
  • Conduct preliminary screening and interview to find the right talent.
  • Ensure proper onboarding of new hires and accomplish necessary paper works accurately.
  • Hiring within the approved budgeted headcount.
  • Being firm in implementation of policies as basis for decision making.
  • Maintains relationship building with the hiring departments, candidates, and employees.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Capable in coordinating with different departments to reach a common goal.
  • Report generation and creation.
  • Raise concerns of the team to direct superior.
  • Drives cultural diversity in the workplace.
  • Provides training, supervising, and implementing updates and policies to new and existing employees.
  • Delegates tasks and other responsibilities to other employees when appropriate.
  • Performs other job-related duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least three to four (4) years of work experience in talent acquisition.
  • Ability to create sourcing strategies for volume and hard to find positions.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  • Integrated Resort experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer confidently any questions asked by the candidate.
  • Ability to work closely with different departments and various nationalities.
  • Team player.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft tools and comfortable in report generation and creation.
  • Must be flexible in performing tasks outside shifts hours. Willing to work in weekends and holidays, if needed, to meet operational needs.
