Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, job offers, and onboarding.
Handle recruitment for Healthcare, Sales, Restaurant, and Hospitality positions, including both entry-level and supervisory roles.
Develop and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and upcoming vacancies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.
Review and screen resumes based on job requirements, qualifications, and relevant experience.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and overall suitability for the position.
Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, onsite, and final interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely application updates.
Prepare and facilitate job offers, pre-employment requirements, and deployment/onboarding activities.
Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
Monitor recruitment progress, applicant pipelines, and time-to-fill for assigned vacancies.
Maintain accurate and updated recruitment records, applicant databases, and recruitment reports.
Assist in developing job postings and recruitment campaigns to strengthen the company's employer branding and attract qualified applicants.
Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, career activities, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Conduct background and employment verification when required.
Provide recruitment updates and recommend appropriate sourcing strategies based on hiring requirements and applicant availability.
Perform other recruitment-related tasks and HR duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Proven experience recruiting for Healthcare, Sales, and Restaurant/Hospitality positions.
Experience handling high-volume recruitment and multiple vacancies simultaneously is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other hiring channels.
Strong interviewing, screening, coordination, and candidate relationship management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
Willing to handle onsite recruitment activities, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives when needed.
