Lycopodium Philippines is currently recruiting for a People & Culture Officer - Recruitment (6-month contract) to join our growing People & Culture team in Manila.
The tasks you'll perform
- Manage complete hiring workflow including preliminary screening up to final offers.
- Ensure the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is updated.
- Coordinate, schedule, and manage complex interview loops between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide timely, and constructive feedback to internal teams and candidates promoting transparency of the process.
- Deploy multi-platform sourcing strategies through talent databases to engage with both active and passive talents.
- Organise and manage the new starter experience (end-to-end) for assigned business units, including but not limited to; contracts administration, on-boarding documentation, compliance and inductions.
- University degree in Human Resources or equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution.
- 3+ years solid experience in a Recruitment role within related industries.
