Job Description
A Recruitment Manager oversees the entire recruitment process for a client company, managing a
team of recruiters to source, screen, and place top talent while ensuring the delivery of high-quality
candidates within agreed-upon timelines and metrics, often working closely with the client's hiring
managers to understand their specific needs and talent acquisition strategy.
Key responsibilities of a Recruitment Manager:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their hiring
needs, goals, and business priorities to align recruitment strategies accordingly.
Recruitment Strategy Development:
Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies, including sourcing channels, candidate
screening criteria, and interview processes.
Team Leadership:
Manage and motivate a team of recruiters, assigning roles, providing coaching, and ensuring
performance goals are met.
Talent Acquisition:
Actively source and attract top talent through various channels like job boards, networking, social
media, and referrals.
Candidate Evaluation:
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and video
interviews, to identify qualified candidates.
Metrics and Reporting:
Track key recruitment metrics like fill rate, time-to-fill, and candidate quality to identify areas for
improvement and provide regular reports to clients.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform
recruitment strategies.
Compliance:
Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Min of 4 years experience in Recruitment with at least 3 years in a leadership or
management role.
• Experience handling more than 60 recruiters
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across various industries and roles
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and
candidates
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies
• Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and make informed decisions
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
