Talent Acquisition Manager - Sourcing

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead recruitment strategies and execution for iOPEX Philippines, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This role requires a strong understanding of the local talent market, innovative sourcing techniques, and the ability to partner with business leaders to meet workforce needs.

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead the recruitment team, ensuring efficient and high-quality hiring processes.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and deliver hiring solutions.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position iOPEX PH as an employer of choice.
• Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical hiring practices.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners.
• Implement technology-driven recruitment solutions to enhance candidate experience.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on hiring trends and challenges.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in high-volume and niche hiring within the Philippines market.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social media sourcing.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
