Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the hiring process for high-level positions across the enterprise. This individual contributor role involves recruitment marketing and sourcing highly qualified candidates, including licensed engineers, alumni from prestigious schools, and other top talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment and the ability to engage with senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating, and hiring for high-level positions.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Identify and attract top talent, including licensed engineers and graduates from elite institutions, even without formal job descriptions.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Develop and implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies to enhance the company's employer brand and attract a diverse talent pool.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior executives and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to advise on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Flexibility & Initiative: Adapt quickly to changing hiring needs, roll up your sleeves, and proactively address recruitment challenges.
  • Urgency: Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in filling critical roles, meeting tight deadlines, and driving timely decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for high-level positions
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing tools, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them with organizational needs.
  • Flexibility: Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving recruitment needs and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive: Proven ability to source and recruit candidates independently, even in the absence of detailed job descriptions.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Industry Experience: Previous experience recruiting for roles in manufacturing, and food industries and the ability to recruit for specialized roles within this sector.
    • Certifications: Professional HR or recruitment certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP, AIRS, CRS, CTAS).
