Job Description

Own all recruitment activities for an assigned functional group, ensuring enough candidates of the right quality are delivered on time and in full. Lead a team of Specialists if assigned, partner closely with hiring managers, and optimize processes and candidate experience within the company's SOPs and delegation of authority.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Planning & Execution

  • Build and execute the recruitment plan for targeted hirings
  • Allocate targets, priorities, and workload across specialists
  • Track progress, fill rate, and time-to-fill for the whole group
  • Handle recruitment for different roles within the group
  • Proactively source, screen, interview, propose offering, coordinate pre-onboarding, onboarding
  • Build and maintain pipelines for recurring or critical positions

Hiring-manager partnership & quality

  • Work with hiring managers to build up qualified JDs, interview processes, interview assessment, etc.
  • Ensure candidate quality and interview assessment quality.
  • Manage candidate and hiring managers experience.

Leading & developing the Specialist team

  • Coach, train, and evaluate the performance of specialists in the group.

Process excellence

  • Continuously improve trackers, reporting, and SOPs to bring seamless experience in recruitment and onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with the SOPs, DOA, and PLP labor law.
  • Report constantly on time to the Head of Talent Acquisition on progress, risks, and improvement proposals.

Employer Branding

  • Drive employer branding initiatives for the assigned functional group, in partnership with the Head of Talent Acquisition and other relevant functions
  • Ensure job posts, recruitment content, and every candidate touchpoint consistently reflect the GGSM-PH employer brand
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus, and industry/community events, and build talent communities for the group
  • Leverage owned channels (LinkedIn, careers page) to attract passive talent and grow the pipeline
  • Monitor employer-brand health (candidate experience, offer acceptance, review ratings) and propose improvement actions

Requirement:

  • At least 5-7 years of talent acquisition experience, including managing or leading a small team.
  • Proficient in multi-channel sourcing, competency-based interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Strong stakeholder management, work organization, and data-driven approach.
  • Skilled with ATS/HRIS; good working English.
